Fizloop processes media files on your device whenever possible, without uploading them to a server, and clearly explains anonymous error reports and data choices.

File processing

In supported tools, video, image, and audio files are processed on your device using your browser's local features. We do not upload your file to Fizloop servers to process it.

If a future feature ever requires server-side processing, that will be clearly shown before you select a file, and separate consent will be requested.

Anonymous error reports

A technical report is only sent if you click the "Send anonymous report" button after an operation fails. No video, audio, file content, or file name is included in the report.

The report may include limited information needed for development, such as the tool type, processing stage, browser family, operating system family, general technical properties of the file, and a sanitized error message.

Account and payment data

Once membership launches, account data will be processed solely to provide the service, maintain security, and manage usage rights. Card details will not be stored by Fizloop; they will be processed by an authorized payment provider.
